• Important Payment Information:
  • Registrations for the Adventurer Package must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please note that prices vary depending on your chosen accommodation.
  • In the event of cancellation, a NON-REFUNDABLE 30% fee will be withheld.
  • If you choose to book your accommodation through Slingshot Roadsters and your payment card is declined, we will reach out to you. If we cannot connect or if you choose not to pay the balance, we will offer the room to another excited participant.
  • Current pricing is subject to change in 2025
• Extra Guests:
  • If you’d like to bring additional guests (over and above the additional option in the registration) along for the ride, please contact us at sales@slingshotroadsters.com to make arrangements.
• Stay Duration:
  • Room accommodation availability for the Adventurer Package is from Tuesday, May 27th through May 31st, 2025. Make sure to arrive ready for an unforgettable journey through the Smokies!
